It's working on idiot normies like my sister who is refusing to visit our parents until things "cool down" because the CBC publishes multiple articles each day scare mongering about people being wrongfully detained at the border.
I've read a couple of the articles she sends and they're all purposefully vague and clearly leave out crucial details that explain exactly why that person was detained.
I saw about 10 mins of MSNBC a couple weeks ago. Just at a totally random time because it was on where I happened to be. They were going on about how dangerous it was and everyone needed to be careful. No one is safe from deportation, because they are going to photoshop tattoos on you and send you to a camp in El Salvador. That's what their sheep are trained to believe.
