It wasn't my parents, it was random adults around the neighborhood. Because they weren't my parents and didn't have to be nice to me fucking with their life, stuff and space. It was just a sentence or a few words, and a lesson was learned about what not to do.
The white ones would call me a coonass, a slur for our own ethnic group that is equivalent to how blacks use "nigga" themselves as a reclaimed insult. And the black ones would call me all sorts of names they made up for white people.

There was no abuse. She yelled at a child that was doing something very fucking inappropriate. Literally everyone should yell at a child in the process of committing a crime because that's how a "community" raises a child and teaches them the severity of their actions.

I think all racial slurs are worse than normal insults and are more evil. Yes, you were abused by the people who raised you if you think this behavior is normal or acceptable. There is no justification to yelling a racial slur at a child. Insulting a child isn't really a good idea, but we can argue that it's something we can probably ignore from a moment of frustration.
Just as with the guy on the train, that behavior is NOT acceptable. It's not privilege to not get abused in the way that you were.
