These were crimes against humanity, committed in the US, during peace-time, against the general public. Whitmer got re-elected. She was even protected by an FBI false-flag "assassination", to make her a sympathetic figure.

That's actually a really good message. Possibly even "they will let them kill again" in reference to the crime.
