So people are getting worked up over a word? Its so bizzare there is slurs for almost every race known to man but the only ones that loses their shit is negroes being called nigger.
Chris Rock used to go on stage and openly talk about what a nigger was and how it was a specific type of black person that nobody liked. It was such a universally loved show that multiple younger black men cited it themselves decades later.
So of course once too many whites started agreeing with him, Rock disavowed it all and pretended everyone was just racist and evil.
Yeah, pretty much. But it's nice to see that she's actually getting quite a bit of support—as recently as four or five years ago, that wouldn't have happened. Accounts occupying the same milieu as the one in OP would likely still have been on her side, but there wouldn't have been as many of them, they wouldn't have had as much reach, there wouldn't have been as many donors, etc. etc. etc.
