This is one of those fundamental incompatibilities that doesn't seem like it should be important but is absolutely a deal breaker when it comes to sharing a civilization.
Yeah you heard me. Non-Whites' refusal to wear headphones is sufficient justification to chuck them all out.
And not wearing deodorant, or slathering yourself in shitty cologne. It's the nasal equivalent of music blasting. Deport them too.
Headphone dodgers and shower dodgers.
Also being a nuisance while on phone in public places like transport or restaurants etc. Be mindful of the people around you, however the browns don't know this.

When it comes to public use of speakerphone, I like the theory that people mimic what they've seen on shows like the Kardashians where the production wants to hear both sides of the conversation.
So now NPCs walk around with their phone in their palm blasting the conversation, and they do it because they've seen it done on TV.
And here I am embarrassed when my phone rings in public...
Eh, I think it predated that, though, but it's an interesting point.
