I fear that it may simply be enough that Carney can survive by campaigning against the Trump boogeyman for another 3.5 years to ride out both their terms.

They've made so many gains they won't dump Pierre- they'll try to get him in on the quickest by-election in a safe riding. My guess is they sacrifice some Alberta MP by forcing them to resign.

That would be awesome, especially after such a historic humiliation. I thought they'd have dumped him even without him losing his seat.
