To be honest, he should have dropped that bird to the deck like a rock. But this is the world we live in, where fear of reprisal overrides survival instinct and better judgment.
Seems he would Rather leap 300 feet to his death, rather than save his own life and the lives of the 64+ others, woman and children included. and somehow a 1994 ejection seat reference gets up votes. Like real humon often make happen.
Trauma has that effect.
Supposedly he was very seasoned and a good pilot. Why didn't he take the controls and save everyone's lives? It's literally what he was there for.
He made the fatal mistake of believing women are equal to men and that she knew what she was doing. Many such cases.
Same reason why cops who know niggers are violent sociopaths don't shoot them the moment they start acting up.
Scared of the consequences.
