Didn't look at it but the vaccine negative effects are not high enough as to make it obvious so if it is a depopulation scheme it isn't working. More then that, I assume India didn't vaccinate, they are 1.4-1.5 billion people with huge growth rate. At best they can speed up western decline while Indians take over the world
