Which means genital mutilation for the mentally disabled is off the table.
Of course, it also means we can protect the baby's reproductive organs from being shredded & collected for stem cells by abortion. 🤔
Baby? What is baby? It's just a clump of cells until it turns 18.
Post-partum abortions, the left has been pushing for that for years now.
PKD wrote a short story where children were allowed to be "recycled" up to age (iirc) 12. Daemon Knight (iirc) wrote a similar one where parents could send their kid to "the adoption agency" no questions asked up to age 16. After 1 year there they were euthanized. So kids 15 and under were living it terror their entire lives. :x
In that one, a kids parents decide to go on a multi-year vacation to another planet, and it's too much of a drag to bring their 14 year old along, so they inform him he's going to the Agency. It's 'dark' to say the least!
It is amazing how quickly the myth of maternal instinct died in the post sexual revolution.
