It be disinformation though, since it's fairly clear that they are all white, and was never in dispute. It would be particularly suspicious if I pulled some "we were always at war with East Asia" bullshit, and told you that we've always known that they were black, and that you should kill a black person. That would be me acting in an incredibly malicious manner.

It literally is and has been, it is the oldest racial slur in the English language, no historian denies that the word slave comes from the Slavic people or that the definition of an owned person changed to be Slavic people. It is never a violation of Rule 16 to mis-identify someone's race, even intentionally, it never has been.
