Reparations? Ah yes!
The Federal Government confiscated property (as was the law pre-Civil War) without ANY compensation.
You know who is owed "reparations"? 🙄 Former slave owners.

My plan for reparations-
Every nigger that can prove an actual family line from slaves will get, say ten thousand dollars
But they have to prove an actual genetic lineage to slavery. Any fakery or scamming will be prosecuted and sent to prison.
Once the payouts come there will be no more ever. No more talk of reparations and no more social welfare programs. Those are gone and the money diverted to reparations. With the money left over (because there will be a lot) build more prisons because we're going to need them. Any nigger stealing or scamming to get more payouts faces jail time. Those reparations have to last for the rest of their lives. Without welfare, medicaid or the hundreds of other social welfare used to keep niggers from going extinct they will get desparate.
But don't worry niggers- there is a solution. Once you spend all that money on swisher sweets and purple drank you can still get free room and board for life in our brand new prisons once you commit a crime.
This stops the hundreds of years of parasitic dependency the niggers have supported themselves on. The great thing is, tell my plan to any nigger and they'll be all for it as long as they get their money, yo
Why not send them into agricultural camps since they wanted to act like they had ancestry from slavery? Really show them what slavery feels like?

In ~1970 a future PM was tasked with resolving outstanding disputes with Native Tribes. All of them. Effectively ending the "Indian Act" and would dismantle the "Department of Indian Affairs" too. For 6+ months he bashed his head against the brick wall of entrenched bureaucrats and corruption. He finally gave up when he asked the head of the "Council Of Chiefs" (I paraphrase of course)
"WHY don't you want payment for the past harms? Why won't you help your people today?"
"Because we want payment for future harm. We don't know how much suffering there will be!"
In other words: let the people suffer, deliberately, for 50+ more years while milking (bleeding!) the system for all it's worth. 😡
In Canada, the Natives consider the "Treaties" to be sacred, untouchable. But they also welcome changes that benefit themselves! Rip them all up, no more multiple-tiers of citizens.

He was a Liberal back when Liberals still had some values. He said (decades later) he honestly believed the Chiefs wanted to help their own people, but they wanted the opposite. Suffering and endless graft.
So he gave up. Essentially nothing has changed since then, regardless of "changes" in governments.
