I mean, the Jews and the Muslims don't have a long and well documented history of sending their people to every corner of this planet to provide aid and other genuine acts of charity to raise the standards of living. But Christianity does. This might be part of an effort to convert them, but its still niceties.
Instead they treat everyone who isn't already one of them as either marks, cattle, or targets for conquest. They have rules upon rules about what you can do to people who aren't part of your group and those rules are rarely kind, and when they are its usually self-interest and gain motivated.

Judaism and Islam emphasize care towards guests and pilgrims, but total strangers? I don't think they do.
