Off topic, but I've always said felons should get their rights back...but what goes with that is not letting people out until they can actually function in society. But yeah, in theory, if you do the time, and are deemed ready to go back into society, you should get your rights back. Sadly, that doesn't make sense when you have a revolving door of killers and psychopaths, and aren't keeping the worst of the worst locked up.
