I mean I've seen White nuisance streamers but they seem to not go as...'dumb and loud' as Black ones as if they KNOW they'll be punished harder as they're White.
That faggot that caught a bullet doing nuisance streamer shit in a mall was white, but in general there are a lot less whites doing that kind of shit - in large part because they have much less audience for it. That kind of behavior doesn't get tolerated in nicer areas.
