in coed events. This was not a coed event and her opponent should have been referred to the open or men's event.
And considering the fact that the author of that troon tract can't even be honest about his own gender, we really need a fact check on that co-ed claim.
I did fencing growing up. most tournaments are in fact co-ed, with a few men's and women's tournaments sprinkled in.

yup. anyone trying to tell you they are preventing trannies from competing is gaslighting you (or retarded). Male trannies have plenty of events they can compete in among the fencing world, including the men's event (because they are, you know, men). them insisting they compete in the women's sports is simply an invasion.
