What are you picking up and when are you buying in?

I already picked up some QQQ this past week, but I need to build out my portfolio in general and I'm looking for suggestions.

I think I will be going with some S&P500, value index, small cap value, and small cap funds for now. I will probably put some in every few days as long as the market keeps dropping or until I am out of liquid funds. I will maybe look at some individual stocks too.
