For many years now, the UK courts have been giving preferential treatment to everyone except white men.
The release of two-tier treatment in black and white text appeared to make it official, but Kier Starmer "saves the day" by claiming they will fast track legislation to overturn the new guidelines.
This is starting to smell like a psy-op to squash the "two-tier Kier" meme.
The courts will continue to give special treatment to muh noble savages and nothing is actually better for white Brits.
Perhaps, perhaps not. But the biggest problem remains two-tier policing, not sentencing. You have a country where, if you're white, half a dozen police officers will show up at your house, arrest you, seize your devices and detain you all weekend before charging you with voicing online criticism of a politician. They do this because they know you'll offer no resistance and it makes it look like they're doing their job.
But those same police organizations will "negotiate" with "community leaders" in an effort to reduce violent crime in Muslim areas, often with little success, but refuse to investigate, arrest or charge almost anyone in those communities regardless of what they find even if they bother to investigate.
If you're white in the UK, your life is forfeit, your property is fair game for thieves that blend in with the night, and your speech is a crime. If you're brown, and especially if you're Muslim, you can do what you want unimpeded, right up until you hack a bunch of preadolescent Swifties to death in broad daylight. This is not only because the courts don't apply the laws evenly: it is because the police enforce the laws selectively.
Yeah I thought about mentioning the police enforcement aspect, even typing out a sentence about it before deleting it, but wanted to keep my post short due to time constraints so thanks for highlighting it.
It's at least as important as the unfair sentencing issue and probably has a bigger impact overall.
Listening to that mealy mouthed police chief explain why they didn't do anything when muzzies were roaming the streets with weapons made my blood boil knowing how differently it would have gone if white men did the same thing.
Which it did some weeks later after the dance class attack.
Yeah that's what made the Southport reaction even more maddening. Just weeks prior (or maybe two months prior), we all saw the videos of muzzies rioting in Leeds. They flipped over police cars and set them on fire. I saw clips of them surrounding and yelling right in the face of police, which as we saw in Southport was worth a multi-year jail sentence for white men.
