I don't care if a Frenchwoman is against Germany having nukes. In fact, I welcome it.
If Trump goes out and demands Mexico be forbidden from developing nukes, I'd nod and go "yeah, he just wants a monopoly on power, sure", and the 3rd-most-nukes nations, France, is simply doing the same.
Germany would not have nukes. What an NPC take.
