Europe needs an audit. EU countries in recession but EU has 800bilion to spare? I wonder how many trans clinics in Afghanistan are they funding?
Haha of course the EU doesn't have 800 billion to spare! They'll just borrow it and the member countries, already drowning in debt, will have to repay it.
Don't you worry, they'll just cut energy subsidies (and kill a few hundred thousand more Europeans) to fund it. When it comes to screwing over Europeans, the EU is expert.
