Well Superman is an alien from another planet but he bears a striking resemblance to humans outwardly. Part of the skills he has as an alien are that he can fly (Really fast too!), is incredibly strong, has impenetrable skin and can shoot lasers from his eyes as well as see through objects. His line if books is Detective Comics.
The Incredible Hulk is a human who was blasted with some sort of gamma radiations which lets him break into his inner primal self, bereft of sophisticated cognitive reasoning, and possessing colossal strength and impenetrable skin when he gets angry. He is giant and green when he is angry and so has trouble blending in with everyday humans during that phase. His line of books is Marvel Comics.
Belonging to two different intellectual property owners means their running into each other is rare, often considered not canonical. This is why the subject of them sharing the same universe during a battle makes for interesting debate.
He was referring to the books "being burned publicly with any ideas other than the ones in power". I would like to hear specifics about these ideas as well. You are being suspiciously vague about their content for some reason. It's almost like you don't want anyone to know what was in them.
Now if you want to let out your inner sexual exploration fiend to explore the areas of existence on the fronts of gender and sexual preference, I'd suggest going back to what "any ideas other than the ones in power" were and asking on forums more akin to those who would know about Ilse Koch and the She-Wolf of of Buchenwald.
While I know Wonder Woman had its origins in bondage and sexual freedoms I'm not sure that Captain America did.

I hope that helps!

I think I expressed them succinctly.

Anyways, Hulk or Supes?
