Maybe I've been living in the Patriot Act/NSA/Abusive government era for too long, but it continues to be wild to me that random judges or organizations have the power (or think they do) to just write a piece of paper and the entire American government has to stop moving to acknowledge and talk about it.
I'd almost say its a great check on federal powers, but we know it only works one way and so instead its absolutely infuriating.

The judiciary are a self selecting class that claims ultimate power, unlimited authority and a total lack of accountability or consequences.
You know, tyrants.
