Why would he? He has spent half a decade now with the world literally bowing to his feet, giving him literally everything he wants and responding to his tantrums with more.

The majority of this last month is showing how powerful the word "No" is in government and how little it has been used in forever.

Because he spent the first part of that kissing Trump's feet already. Trump was impeached because the Dems thought he was going to send weapons to Zelensky.
