America and Europe are the only countries that have campaigns to stop racism. Most other countries hate people for one reason or another, but don't have liberalism telling them not to
Only when it benefits the deep staters.
There are no campaigns against racism against Russians.
Russians are white. You can't be racist towards them, obviously.
Not all Russians are White. Less so as you go farther East.
Or asian. Such as with I've League schools.
