Is it because the Muslims are more prone to marrying cousins and in one US case, brothers compared to Christians as centuries of that does affect the gene pool..

i mean this might be because most of the muslims are immigrants/invaders in Lebanon and the Christians are mostly the natives. Christians were the majority only a few decades ago
