Blacks commit crimes against whites at a much higher rate than whites do against blacks. Therefore, whites are disproportionately harmed by decriminalization, restorative justice, and other soft-on-crime policies.
And in this case, the “disproportionate” group are the actual victims of crime - not the perpetrators. So yeah, the entire “disparate impact” framework is an anti-white and Marxist lie.
