They don't believe in any of those things, they just believe in whatever is the opposite of whatever the Right is trying to do, and otherwise are entirely destructive/self interested.
They spent decades railing about Big Pharma for daring to have more money than them, and only turned on that because Righties were attacking it over Covid. I can guarantee most of the Covidians would have screamed death to Pharma and Fauci if the Republicans never said a word about them (or the MSM never claimed they said a word).
So in this case, the Right is doing something so they have to create a reality where they believe the opposite. In this case, its a good thing that the US Empire is social engineering and collapsing other countries using secretive subversive agencies.
This is most evident in their treatment of Fauci. In the late eighties and early nineties he was reviled by the left because of the highly toxic AIDS medicines that were killing people faster than the AIDS was. Now they love him.
Not just love him. Revere him. He is a beloved icon they put into children's books, whose words were treated as unquestionable gospel.
Entirely because their Republican neighbor didn't like him.
That is ironic. It used to be the ironic who stood before the tide of history and said 'STOP', or however Buckley said that.
