That is the basis for the feminist claim that women and men are essentially the same, share all of the same capabilities and desires, and that consequently the societal divisions between the sexes are entirely socially constructed and purely a result of "muh soggy knees" and discrimination.
To even acknowledge the fact that the biological differences between men and women exist and necessarily lead to differences in behavior and preferences is to undermine the entire framework of feminist ideology. So they continue to insist that there is no such difference, while at the same time shrieking that biological males must never be allowed into women's spaces and refusing to acknowledge that the ideological nonsense underpinning their entire movement is exactly what made the Trans Trend possible in the first place.
Without the medical and scientific institutionalization of the feminist idea that gender is not linked to biology, there would never have been a trans movement.
At the same time, it is the never-ending feminist denigration and demonization of men and masculinity which "trans-women" are attempting to escape by deciding that they no longer wish to be men. And I am convinced that what lies at the heart of the TERF's revulsion for the trans movement is not the men in women's spaces, but the very idea that there can be any route through which a man can escape his role as the Ultimate Evil Oppressor of Women and thereby sidestep her infantile resentment and eschew his share of the blame for her problems.
Women like this consequently bear just as much responsibility for the "social contagion" that she derides, and for the horrifying consequences of it, as the parents who have transed their own children. She is the very thing that she rails against in this video, and shares that same inability to ever admit or acknowledge it.
