Until a week ago, I would have said that Trump is all talk, no action.
This is probably still true of the "come at you" stuff. He supported basically every anti-Trump RINO who had a good chance, like Romney and Ben Sasse.
Cassidy says that he received assurances from Trump in exchange for his vote.
