Ah. I know that reddit won't 100% protect leftists on it's site (e.g. /r/chapotraphouse getting banned), but if so, the fact that it was a TDS sub makes me wonder how bad they had to have gotten for this to happen to them. Were the violent calls making reddit look less advertiser-friendly?
Advertisers probably don't help but allegedly attorney generals are now looking into incitement due to those posts. Not something Reddit wants to deal with.
