Isn't this borderline market manipulation? Yeah, I know the markets are manipulated to the extreme already, but rarely do they state their intent so clearly and publicly.
Absolutely not. Market manipulation requires driving down the share price when you want to buy, or driving up the share price when you want to sell. Unless Grummz is doing this because he wants to short GW immediately before they release the bad quarterly report, it's not market manipulation.
