I hate when articles don't lay out what the point is. I read some, skimmed the rest...still don't have the specific details down, but it sounds like 'women are people, just like men, and murder is still illegal' is being raged against as anti-woman or something?

Just make the femmycide punishment the standard murder punishment. Clearly it's good enough for women, it should be good enough for men. No need for inequality, just raise the bar for everyone, because no one should be killing anyways.
It is disproportionate, that's for sure: Women are hardly ever killed. That's probably not the point you were trying to make, but they're a privileged class both in legal protection, and in criminal aggression.

"Femicides" are feminist propaganda.
