Anyone able to recommend any good newer RPGs without any woke elements shoved in?
I made the mistake of buying Drova - Forsaken Kin without looking into it first thinking it was the perfect way to scratch the Gothic itch only to be greeted by Body Type 1 & 2 and a black celt/viking druid within the first minute.
The only other RPGs I've got my eyes on are Tainted Grail (still Early Access) and Skald (not liking the limited color scheme).
+1 for Astlibra, the game is a labor of love that was in development for 15 years. Plenty of moments that would make lefties squirm, but more importantly it's one of the best action RPGs I've ever played. It has a demo as well, but skip the combat demo portion of it (overwhelming) and just start New Game.
Another vote for Astlibra. I cannot overstate my appreciation for that game. Easily the best thing I've played in years.
Not seeing a demo on Steam. Where can I find it?
It might not be attached to the main store page, but will show up when doing a steam store search for Astlibra.
Nope. Not for me. Can't go through steamdb either.
