I also place the blame on him (among others) for the Afghanistan disaster. They lied to Trump about troop strength and slow-walked his orders. You could argue that led to the deaths of thousands.
They really need to get rid of the whole upper brass at the Pentagon before starting any court martials.
To be fair, the globalists are very good at causing the deaths of thousands.
