The hell are you talking about? There are like 3 names I don't recognize -- and that doesn't mean they're not regulars, just that I don't recognize them.
And no, I'm not going to stalk their profiles to check. That's something only an obsessive weirdo would do.
I've seen some people explaining the rationale (similar to any other conflict, such as why Russia went into Ukraine.) I've seen some "conspiracy theories;" again, similar to any other major event. But I saw practically no so-called "yay, Hamas!"
I don't think it's ever been "yay Hamas" here. I'd say that anyone cheering for that is the weird outsider. At the most you're gonna get regulars here with the stance of "glass the whole region and call it a day", but that's different to actually supporting a side in the endless sand dune conflicts.
There is plenty of room in my heart to hate multiple things at once.
I'll care more about Hamas when APPAC vets all my politicians and selects 90% of the cabinet (regardless of party) and primaries anybody who says anything mildly anti-Hamastic, while my politicians fly to Palastine to kiss a goat before taking office.
THey scream louder about jews because everyone is already willing to admit that Muslim wrongdoing is a thing but everyone sticks their heads in the sand if you suggest that Jewish wrongdoing is also a thing.
It's definitely possible to despise both groups and the troubles they bring with them to our shores.

That's not what I meant. It's the fact that it's normally "yay Hamas", but the opposite here.
It's never been "yay Hamas." And it's always been Americans First.
For you. As for some other people here, they were cheering what Hamas did on Oct 7.
Show me where.

I certainly get the impression they're against one party with grossly inflated vehemence compared to the justifications they manage to offer for it.
"I hate Israel because I'm against FOREIGN AID". That's why I spend most of my waking hours yelling about Israel and Jews.
