Simple fact of the matter is: people raised concerns about the game and if those concerns were unfounded it would be trivially easy for Vavra to discount them out of hand.
Instead he dragged his feet and then started attacking random youtubers. Where there's smoke there's fire.
He flat out lied.
At this point I just start playing their own game every time they retroactively make beloved characters gay I gaslight myself into thinking that it’s just a nightmare implanted by the big bad of the game.
