It's true even for things the Japanese consider fast food, like one of the Tokyo ramen stalls I ducked into with my mother on a recent visit.

Yeah, let me just go to the corner hut and grab a bowl of ramen with freshly made noodles loaded with vegetables.

Oh yeah, that shit doesnt happen here LMAO.

Best we can do is a some fabricated processed noodles with way to much sodium and some fake chemicals that kinda taste like chicken or beef.

I saw this video years ago about Japanese school lunch.

Then compare to the US where giant agricorps and DEI hiring have lead to 100% frozen and canned poison-laden lunches for our children.

Also, where thanks to C. Everett Coop, Coca-Cola can put vending machines in school lunchrooms and not have to pay sales tax on the sales there.
