No idiot. I say the 14th codifies Jus Soli, and yes, some exceptions.
My line of reasoning is:
Let's revisit this when the EO is either retracted or invalidated in court.

Keep screeching like a stupid bitch. Jus soli was never the standard. The 14th was ratified in violation of the 9th and 10th amendments, its flagrantly unconstitutional.
