I found the button to sort by Likes. It's a very weird UI. You first have to scroll down enough to where the reply box and button can be seen under the tweet, then scroll back up, and only then will the little "settings" icon magically appear at the top of the page. No idea wtf their rationale is for this.
I wish replies were sorted by Likes.
About 2 months ago there was a dropdown box to sort replies. It lasted... a week?
