Actually he updated the platform a while ago to add an immigration moratorium "for as many years as necessary until the housing crisis has cooled down, the negative economic impact of mass immigration has been neutralized, and the process of social and cultural disintegration due to mass immigration has been reversed" but after that yeah- between 100,000 and 150,000/yr.
Still not enough. We need deportations and heavy punishments for foreigners causing trouble within the country. Bernier is much more focused on trying to fix the dumpster fire that is Canada's economy, but that's a downstream issue from its people being replaced.
