• First: Israel is not resource poor by comparison to it's neighbors
• Second: resource poor countries are capable of prosperity (see Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore)
• Third: resource rich countries have a nasty habit of being low prosperity (see Africa and South America)
• Fourth: Israel isn't stealing anything from their neighbors, it's too busy being in a state of perpetual simmering conflict
• Fifth: It's neighbors don't trade, give, or accidentally allow by third party items to go to Israel
