Shiori was standing up for the company and directly addressed many of the issues in her own stream, and with her past life of having to deal with bad managers and abusive companies it is unlikely she would keep quiet if things were actually bad. And you had Kronii, who is notoriously pessimistic and has had issues with perms in the past, also say that she thought Holo was fine.
