Any kind of actual explosives would have turned that truck inside out. The windows are in tact because there was no pressure wave because there were no high explosives involved. I cannot believe the state of news media.
To their credit, they are basically right. There was no real pressure wave, because these weren't high explosives, so the explosion did just break the windows of the car and go through available spaces rather than eviscerating the vehicle.
