This looks like an overall industry contraction. There just aren't enough jobs for most of them to find a job in another studio even if they were still somehow getting rehired at the same rate as actual competent people.

I'm thankful whenever I learn any of them leave X for Bluesky without maintaining an alt on X to continue pushing their mental illness on the mainstream. Combined with Community Notes, it seems like X is very slowly starting to heal despite still being a sewer.

"Containment sites" have always been a fake concept. If you give these people their own communities they just radicalize endlessly, you're not containing them at all.
