Clearly this woman doesn’t know how Christianity works. First rule of Christian marriage, don’t go into it unequally yoked. You don’t get it passed down via blood, it’s a personal commitment to follow Jesus as savior. I’m very surprised that this young man would have even entertained the thought of dating a non Christian woman. If I were him I’d be hesitant of marrying either a Catholic or Protestant woman as well.
I’m in the same boat as you. Heck, my wife was Protestant before we got married (I’m a former Protestant turned Catholic) and I was worried about the small theological differences and make conversion to Catholicism a red line for me and she complied. As a wife is meant to.
Greek guy dodged a bullet, she would have been like every other conversó.

Ardent in zeal for the Christian religion? Many of the inquisitors of the Spanish Inquisition were conversos or their descendant who were sick of backsliders giving them a bad reputation.
Antonio, I think you know when I’m using the word converso I’m not referring to the true converts. The more apt term would have been judaizer but you know I’ll get banned for that but I’m sick of this place anyway.
Are you sure? Judaizer is a common enough term. There were Judaizers in early Christianity, the Ebionites and the Nazarenes, and there were some Judaizers in the Spanish time.
Why would it be ban-worthy to criticize people for their behavior? Hell, I bet it wouldn't be ban-worthy to call them marranos.
I’m not Catholic or Orthodox, but to my understanding some of the differences between how each denomination views the Trinity may be too large a gap for some individuals. Either way, I think it’s best to marry within your denomination or ones that are closely related with no major or even medium theological differences.

How do you know if Antonio is typing a comment in bad faith? His fingers are moving.

Woah buddy what’s wrong with Catholics?
