The manner of speaking tells me 'probably.' He uses the trans' preferred pronouns and the script has catty remarks in it.
On the other hand, the channel seems to have focused in on a few "trans" subjects in its short history.
It may just be a younger guy running this channel. The writing reads like something I might have made when I was in high school.
With that said, the guy might at least have a bright future in journalism. A detail buried deep in the content falsifies his headline. Just before 9 minutes into the video, he refers to a tweet saying up to 50 alpacas were buried by the tweeting rancher over a couple of years. Then he says 'some of the members' moved to a new ranch, and he is openly unsure of the number of alpacas that were moved. He just counted up the numbers that were brought in to the ranch and blindly reported that all of them died.
