Yeah it's a game, despite being SFW the dev is also a known porn artist who actually nuked his accounts likely to stop it from causing complications.
Its literally got a giant tit slider that your character reacts to as you adjust it. Its SFW only by the strictest definition.
Well there is plenty of other non-pornographic games that have the same thing, and unlike this some are even explicit.
