I don't think this is a road they are going to want to go down.
If AJ "owns" his account, then everyone "owns" their account. If everyone owns their account, the company no longer has any right to censor it and people can start suing social media for damages to private property.
The entire AJ case is littered with bad precedents that will absolutely bite them in the ass if cited later. They keep going regardless, thinking that if they strike down every law in the land to get to Satan then the evil will cease.
I wouldn't be surprised if it even looks like they aren't immediately getting dismissed if Google, Facebook, Tiktok etc all JOIN Elon to stop that becoming precedent.
Hell I wouldn't be surprised if the judge or lawyers take a quick trip in a black van given how embedded the Deep State is in social media..

If laws and contracts were being enforced properly in the first place all these companies would be getting sued all the time.
