Nah first thing that he'll do is do so many pardons that a new forest will need to be planted to offset the paper used.
The Dems have unjustly imprisoned A LOT of people, also speaking of which, heard how all of Trumps charges have 'suddenly' been dropped..
I hope he does that first, but I think he might need to first push in judicial appointees, remove executive orders, and fire government employees before even getting to those, just so he has a path that will allow them to go free without follow-up charges.

I'm just being realistic. Optimism is good, but don't let it blind you. Some people are so desperate to see him win to piss off the opposite camp that they're willing to turn a blind eye to any bullshit he might do.
I'll take the safe money and say he gives a speech where he opens with, "did you miss me?"
