Didn't some states say they are going would send there electoral college points to whom ever wins the popular vote?
He should sue to force them to hold to the Compact.
Technically the compact isn't legal, since the Constitution doesn't let member states make treaties with each other.
I'd love to see a map done up like this.
i did one yesterday, it's every state but virginia, nh, dc's 3, and that one nebraska district.
