For a civil war you need to have an actual unified nation.
So now your claim is that the HRE didn’t have a civil war that split the nation apart and created modern France and Germany, fascinating. When did Poland gain independence?
Are you retarded? Modern Germany came into existence in 1871 after Bismarck unified most German states. At the time of the 30 Years war France already existed as a kingdom for centuries. Are you confusing Francia with the HRE? They're two different entities.
